Q. Are the Postal Strikes effecting my order?
A. To help with the current situation all of our photo products are now being sent by overnight courier, apart from the free A3 poster, which is sent by first class post and delivery on this item will be delayed slightly.
Q. How do I register on the site?
A. It's very easy, fast and free.
In order to create an account, you just need to have a valid email address and choose a password (minimum 6 characters).

Q. How much photo storage space do I get in my account?
A. When you sign-up with us you get free online storage space for your photos. You get unlimited space for print orders and a generous allowance for free photo sharing.
This starts out at 1 gigabyte (1000 megabytes) which is enough for around a 1000 high resolution JPEG photos.
Q. How do I upload images to the site?
A. You can either upload your images first from the homepage or when you are prompted within the ordering process, it will take you through the easy steps to upload, and store your images in a gallery for you.

Q. How many images can I upload?
A. The upload system limits you to uploading no more than 50 images at a time. Though there are no limits to how many images you can have in your account or how many galleries you may have.
Q. Can I share images?
A. Yes, you can share images with friends in a safe secure environment by sending a link to them via email, facebook, mypspace, twitter or any common viral means. Simply choose the share with a friend option in any of your galleries and follow the onscreen instructions. The invitee will be required to click on an email link to view.
Q. Can invitees share my images with others?
A. No only the creator of the gallery has the right to share them.
Q. Is there a maximum image size?
A. The current size limit for images is 5mb's. This is more than sufficient to create all our products in their highest quality.
Q. Why is it taking time to upload?
A. The upload time for your images depends on your Internet Service Providers (ISP) upload speeds. Remember many ISP's have a much slower upload speed than download speed. Our image servers support uploads up to 100/mb/sec which in most cases is more than 500 times the speed of an internet connection to guarantee the fastest uploads to all users.
UPLOADING TIPS:
Try and avoid uploading large images over 1.5-2mb as these are unnecessary unless you making large format prints. You can minimize the browser window and work on something else while files are uploading. Organise your images into galleries or folders before upload, this will help save time searching for image online after. If the upload stops due to an intermittent internet connection, take note of what image was uploading in the dialog box, click X (cancel) and restart the upload process from that image.
Q. How do I design a product?
A. Click on Create New Design and follow the easy on screen instructions to start choosing the images you would like in your product, the size or format, and start designing.
Once you are happy with the design click on the shopping basket to order. Once payment is made your product(s) will be fulfilled and sent to your delivery address within 3 working days.
All items created are stored in MyDesigns and may be clicked on and edited later, so no need to worry about losing your design. As long as you log in and access your MyDesigns you can always modify a design before placing a final order.
Q. Can I save a design and come back later?
A. Yes, once logged in you will see a link for MyDesigns this will open the last 12 designs you were working on.
All images in your current selection and galleries are also kept but you must be logged in to have access to them.
Q. Do you allow international customers?
A. Yes, our site is open to all customers. We can deliver anywhere in the world. You should note however that postage and packing costs, and delivery times will increase for addresses outside the UK or Ireland.
Q. How much are delivery costs
A. Within the UK prices are from £1.95 to £5 for delivery, depending on weight of item. Most small items are just £1.95. But if you order a large amount of items then the prices are £5 per package(e.g. we fit about 10 calendars per package)
Q. How long will it take to get my prints and gifts?
A. When ordering a product the turnaround times are roughly 5 working days.

In general though the following times apply. If your order is received by 2pm Monday to Thursday we will dispatch the prints the next working day.
We use the first class post for UK mailings and air mail for overseas.
For most UK addresses, the photos will be received the next working day, however if you have something that is urgent or needed for a specific date you should use one of our guaranteed delivery options.

Q. How do I upload my Photos?
A. High-Resolution Photo Storage
We store the hi-res versions of your photos in your account for 2 months (60 days from when you upload them to your account.
This means that you can order photobooks, calendars, prints or enlargements and any product within the first 60 days. After that time, if you have not ordered from your account, you will be emailed to remind you that you have a week to place an order, otherwise the images will be removed from your account.
To preserve the hi-res versions of your online photos, you must purchase a print, enlargement or photo product of it within the first 60 days of it being placed in your account. If a photo product mentioned above is purchased using the photo, the hi-res version will remain in your account.
Note to digital camera users: We recommend keeping a backup copy of all photos you upload on your own computer hard drive. That way, you will always have a backup of the hi-res versions of your photos.
Q. Can I rotate my images?
A. When you click to upload your images for the first time, you will see the option for "try our advanced loader", clicking on this brings you to advanced options, when you have uploaded your image, a paintbrush symbol appears on the bottom right of the image, click this and you are able to rotate, crop, greyscale etc
Make sure to save it before you exit.
Q. What is resolution?
A. Resolution is an indication of the quality of your photos. The higher the resolution, the clearer and more detailed your photo -- and the more options you have for printing or creating photo gifts.
Every digital image is made up of pixels, or tiny, light-sensitive squares. The number of pixels determines the resolution. The more pixels your photo has, the clearer your photo remains as you increase its size (for prints) or print it on a gift. At the same time, the greater the resolution, the more memory is required to store the image.
Most digital cameras allow you to change the resolution, so you can select the quality of your photos as you take them.

If your photo doesn't meet these minimum image-size requirements, we cannot guarantee that the image will look good.
Q. How do I pay for my cards?
A. At the moment, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta, and Visa Electron through our Worldpay system.
Q. How secure is my payment?
A. Payment security is paramount for all our customers and we use the most up-to-date security for the payment services. After your order, we don’t store any of your credit card information.
Q. Do you keep my details?
We do save some of your details, like your name, email, address and order number, but not your payment details.
Q. Will you share my information with third parties?
A. Never. We respect your privacy and would never share it with other companies
Q. Do you offer discounts for bigger orders?
A. Quite possibly !! If you need a larger quantity than available through the site, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
